The past can be a School but what interests me is NOW and next.
2014 is coming to an end – a fabulous year of professional and creative expansion: one more step towards the courage of being what I call “the best version of myself”. Boundaries have been broken and new challenges were surpassed. My first book (“The Secrets of Egypt – Dance, Life & Beyond”) was published and shared by readers from every corner of the earth; I travelled the world to teach, perform and lecture; I offered myself the gift of a magical Summer in Oxford (where I had the privilege to study in one of the oldest and best colleges); fake friends were released and new friends were made.
What I want and what I don´t want became clearer than ever. Not settling for less than greatness in any area of my life – that´s a conscious decision.
For some reason I cannot fully understand, I know 2012, 2013 and 2014 were years of preparation/ lauching of a brand new me, a brand new career and life chapter. For the same mysterious reason, I know 2015 will bring the fruits of these last 3 years. I know it ´cause I feel it.
Timing is perfect, as usual. Being a part of this team (50% me, 50% life) is a great honour and a lot of fun! Once we learn how to surf these waves and flow with them, living is an incredible adventure.
This last bit of December and January 2015 are saved for my Nº1 priority at the moment: delivering my new book to a professional and honest publishing house with whom I can create a team partnership for upcoming literary babies. I´ll start working with an editor (yes: I found MY editor: the perfect match) to make sure only the best comes out to the public. I´ll also review the first baby, improve it, add some essential articles to it and find a new publisher that honours it and its author. Plus: I´m gathering material for a new book and I´m teaching on line before re-starting my world trips.
Yep: being me is tiring, if that´s what you´re thinking.
Having Christmas with family, receiving new engagements for 2015 arriving every day (I´m being booked for the whole year as well as 2016!) and taking a deep breath of fresh air that reminds me I have to keep taking risks and being brave enough to fly off unknown cliffs.
It may not seem like it but this warrior has been hiding in her cave (especially on a personal level) and she knows time has arrived to get out and go hunting for food, all the sorts of food.
I wish you a warm, joyful, sweet Christmas Season. See you on the other side of the rainbow*********************
